The Open Championship Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
- The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Participants must have a valid email address to enter.
- Entrants must not be an employee, officer or agent of any person or organisation involved in the running of the competition, and must not be a family relation of any such person.

2. Entry:
- $20 
- Entries Close: Thursday, July 17, 2025 @ 5pm AEST.
- Multiple Entries are accepted i.e Enter as many times as you wish.

3. Selection of Golfers:
- A random draw will take place when entries close and all entries will be allocated a player from the 2025 Open Championship field.
- Scoring will be based on the official scores reported by the tournament organizers.
- The random draw will take place on Thursday, July 17, 2025 @ 5pm AEST.
- In the event of a player withdrawing for injury or other reasons it is the responsibility of the entrant to re-enter.

4. Winner Determination:
- The entry who has drawn the winner of the 2025 Open Championship will be deemed the winner of our Sweepstake.
- The player drawn must complete 4 rounds of the 2025 Open Championship i.e Must make the 36 hole cut.

5. Prizes:

Major Prize - 1 Winner

  - Limited Edition Taylormade Open Championship Staff Bag (valued at $999)
  - The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Notification of Winners:
- The winner will be notified via email on Monday, July 21st 2025.

7. Publicity:
- By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their names and likeness for promotional purposes.

8. Disqualification:
- Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the competition, or violation of these terms, may result in disqualification.

9. Changes to Terms:
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.

10. Limitation of Liability:
- Golf Park Sanctuary Lakes is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical issues that may affect the competition.

11. Promotions:
- Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social network.
